Sailors on the Concrete Sea!!

Hi folks, Gary here.

Well, after a fab night in Cambridge we headed north, us sailors on the concrete sea, to Sheffield and the City Hall. What a venue, an amazing building, just like the Royal Albert Hall in London. It was our first time there and we had a wonderful reception. Can't wait to return as the crowd there were lovely.

In the middle of the first act a young chap called Gavin proposed to his girlfriend Michelle on stage. A shocked Michelle, who was sitting in the back row of the circle gave the thumbs up as she was so far away.
Trevor as Cliff sang 'Congratulations'. They finally met on stage and we all went wild - a very special moment for them and us too.

So then onto the wonderful Harrogate and the International Centre. Another great venue, with a bit of Christmas shopping on the way.

Just to wish all our fans a very merry Xmas and see you all in 2007.

Thankyou for your support this year.
Love
Gary and the Andersons xx

Merry xmas from Julz !

Hi Everyone, Julz here (alias Dick.)
Yes its that time of the year. Oh no it isnt. Oh yes it is! As we proudly present T.B.T.D.'s version of Dick Whittington! Our Christmas Show has been up and running since November 17th so we're all now well and truly full of the Christmas Spirit!
Fortunately, I'm the only female travelling in the people carrier, along with Trevor,Gary,Rebel and Iain, so I can, and have, shopped for England, and filled it with Christmas shopping!
May I take this opportunity to wish you all a wonderful Christmas and peaceful 2007, and thankyou for your continued support and interest in T.B.T.D.

Seasons Greetings from the new boy!

Hello this is Rebel,
Well it is great to be touring with 'That'll be the day' and meeting all the new fans! And thankyou for a lovely warm welcome everywhere we go. You have all been great, as have the wonderful cast.
Travelling together on the road we really get to know each other, up and down the country!
Recently playing Ayr (Scotland), St Davids Hall ( Wales),the Hall for Cornwall, and everywhere in England, we've covered the four corners of the British Isles!
Being a 'Cornish Pasty' myself, I particularly enjoyed the Hall for Cornwall, but with Trevors new pantomime and Xmas show, anywhere is enjoyable! How does he do it?
Anyway, we played to a sold out crowd in Yeovil last night (4th Dec), so most of us could get home again. (Sorry Andy, Katy and Mark!) As Trevor, Gary, Jules, Iain (Scantz) and myself live near each other, we all ride to and from the shows together usually, which tonight (Yeovil again, 5th Dec) we can get home once more!
If you haven't seen the xmas show, there is a lot of new material, so don't miss it!
Merry xmas to you all and a happy new year.
REBEL.

IT`S CHRISTMAS!!! "quote,Noddy Holder"

Hello Everybody,Iain here.
We are now winding our way to Torquay after two very successful
nights in Truro, home of the Cornish Pasty,Jethro, and of course Rebel Dean.
The audiences really enjoyed themselves especially the Panto. I think Rebel must be related to Jethro, he's a dead ringer. I mustn't say to much. don't want to ruin the surprise. But i have to say you must see Marks performace as the ultimate Turkey. A real self baster, stuffing included, cranberry sauce an extra.
Didn't really have the chance to look round Truro. A beautiful city
with a stunning Cathedral, perhaps next time?
Many thanks to the staff and crew at the theatre, they are always helpful
and friendly. Must be something in the water! Cheers guys.
Anyway must go. Here's wishing you all a very merry Christmas and a
healthy and prosperous New Year
Iain.
