Well that was a first!
Sunday 13th Dave and Sonia, two TBTD fans, were married on stage at 5pm before the show went on at 7.30pm.
Dave and Sonia discovered they were both fans of the show and that led to Sandra enquiring if it would be possible, Her favorite music is the 60's and her favorite song is 'I'm into something good' (Hermans Hermits). Her favorite singer, Who else? Roy Orbison!!
The Meal and reception were held at the Royal Centre and the wedding partywatched the show, The audience were brilliant and everything went very smoothly.
'Cliff Richard' attended the service only to be stopped whilst in full flow by Insector Blakey!! All good fun.
We've had an engagement during the show, we even some years ago had a member of the audience pass away just before we went on, but never a wedding.
Congratulations to Dave and Sonia from all the cast and crew, We look forward to seeing them as Mr & Mrs at a show soon
